Founder of digital agency SmartGoal and its CSR project proneziskovku.cz which helps non-profit organizations spreadthe word about their work.
His marketing journey started at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague where he graduated in Marketing communication.
He put theory in practice during his studies working with start-up projects within the O2 Foundation.
Roman was working on international projects around the world with non-profit organization INEX-SDA, z.s. Within these projects he gained experience in comunication, project management, leadership and marketing.
Later on he accepted an offer to work for Google in Poland and decided to took his marketing experience to another level of expertise.
